About Me
Hi there
We are a busy, friendly family based in Warwick looking for someone wonderful to help us manage the juggle of work and family life. We have two lovely children, a 7 year old and a nearly 4 year old, and we are hoping to find someone who would like to become part of our family life, not just do a job.
My Requirements
The role in term time
This is mainly a split day role.
Morning drop offs to school and nursery
Afternoon pick ups
Some light help around the house linked to the children, such as tidying play areas, food prep and eating and school related bits
Total hours are around 20 to 25 per week.
School holidays
There will also be additional hours in the holidays for the right person who is happy caring for both children together.
About our children
They love being active and outdoors. Think park trips, scooters, den building, getting stuck into play and keeping busy. We would love someone who is chatty, energetic, playful and genuinely enjoys children, not just supervising them.
A little extra context
Our eldest has some additional needs and benefits from patience, clear routines and a calm, understanding approach. Experience with children who have ADHD traits or similar is very welcome, but most important to us is someone kind, steady and emotionally aware.

Organised and able to take initiative
Own car and confident driver for drop offs and pick ups
DBS required
First aid is a big plus
