My Summary

My Experience

I have a BA Honours Degree from Oxford Brookes University in Early Childhood Studies. I have five years experience of working with children as young as five months old to eight years of age.
I have been in my current position as a SENCo for four years where previous to that I was a Room leader for four years. I am paediatric first aid trained, as well as food hygiene preparation trained, safeguarding of young children and management of positive behaviour. I also have FGM training, Prevent training and have extensive knowledge of the EYFS. I have four years expeirence of working with young children with SEND. I am extremely patient, caring and understanding. I also love to encourage young children to use Makaton sign language before they are able to communicate. I love being outdoors and listening and dancing to music. I am very creative and love to do all things messy!
