About Me
I am a qualified teacher with over 6 years of teaching experience. I now have two children of my own, therefore, decided to work from home. I am a passionate educator and have always enjoyed working with younger children and believe that I am able to deliver an excellent, safe learning environment for children of all ages. I am an OFSTED APPROVED childminder. ACCEPTING CHILDREN WHO ARE ELIGIBLE FOR 15/30 HOURS FREE CHILDCARE.

Have previously worked in EYFS for 2 years, have experience of working with KS1 and KS2 children. With a total of 7 years of teaching.

Degree: Primary Education (QTS)
Introduction to childminding Course
All relevant courses for childminding: First Aid, Health and Safety, Food Safety, Safeguarding Children (All Level 2)
My Availability
I am available for childminding weekday 8am till 6pm. Excluding public holidays such as, bank holidays, Easter, Christmas and Eid. Childminder annual leave notice will be given in advance.

Half day morning session (8am-1pm): £35

Sumaya is incredibly passionate and well organized childminder!
We have joined her place when my daughter was just 1 year old and it was so stressful for me, but not for my daughter. She was really well looked after.

I cannot recommend Sumaya enough! Our very shy 2 year old had struggled to settle in to other childcare settings but Sumaya and her team provided such a welcoming, nurturing environment that he loved it straight away. Over the course of a year he's grown in confidence and developed so much socially, mentally and physically with the help of Sumaya and her team in their lovely spacious setting. Every day the children benefit from a range of activities, inc. outdoor play, arts and crafts, storytime - and most importantly a lot of love and affection from the staff. Sumaya is always on hand to answer questions, address any concerns and shared regular observations about our son's progress. It's very clear she is passionate about her job and the wellbeing of all the children she cares for. We've just moved out of London and it was very sad to say goodbye!

We joined Sumaya after lockdown and it has been a wonderful experience. She is kind, friendly and incredibly professional. My two daughters are always happy to be dropped off and excited to go back. She keeps my eldest daughter entertained - which is not easy - and they come home with paintings and drawings. The environment is lovely, full of nature and nurturing. I would recommend her to any parent.
