My Experience

My name is Ionela Lita and I am an experienced Full-Time Nanny based in London (E3). I have over 10 years of professional childcare experience working with private families and caring for children from infancy through to school age.

From 2019 to 2024, I worked with one family for six years, caring for two girls from the age of 4 months through to 6 years old. During this role, I was responsible for all aspects of childcare, including feeding, weaning, preparing healthy meals, establishing routines, supporting developmental milestones, organising educational and creative activities, arranging playdates, school and nursery drop-offs and pick-ups, and ensuring a safe, happy, and nurturing environment.

Since 2024, I have been working with a family caring for two children, a 10-year-old boy and a 2-year-old girl. My responsibilities include school runs, planning age-appropriate activities, meal preparation, supporting learning and development, maintaining routines, and ensuring the children’s wellbeing and safety at all times.

I am a patient, trustworthy, caring, and highly organised nanny with excellent communication skills. I genuinely enjoy helping children learn, grow, and develop confidence through play, creativity, and positive encouragement. I have experience supporting children’s physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development and always strive to create a warm and stimulating environment where children feel secure and valued.

In addition to childcare, I am confident with light housekeeping related to the children, children’s laundry, keeping play areas organised, meal preparation, and maintaining daily routines. I hold an Emergency Paediatric First Aid Certificate and have completed English language studies in London.

I am currently seeking a live-out nanny position in London and can provide excellent references from previous families upon request.
