My Experience

I have 28 years of child care experience, from birth to teenage years (boys and girls). I have experience of family sizes varying from a single child to three siblings. In addition, I am a mother to a 22year old daughter who has just graduated in July and is now working in a post graduate position for the NHS.
I have been made redundant end of July after 6.5 years from a lovely family with an only child. (a girl of 8 years old), The second family has two boys (12 and 9 years old), I have been with this family for 3 years. I am very proud to have forged successful working relationships with my employers and have spent many years in each of my positions.Sadly I had to leave the boys due to needing more hours work, however I did stay until they managed to re-engage their previous Nanny .This coincided with my mother needing temporary care , so I took the opportunity to go back to Glasgow to help take care of her and to organise an ongoing care plan, which is now all in place. I am now looking for a long term roll. I have excellent references from every family. I remain in contact with all of my former employers and house sit/dog sit/baby sit for them on a regular basis.

My Qualifications

I hold a Doula Consultancy Services "Common Core Skills and Knowledge Framework Module". I am Ofsted registered and hold a current certificate in Paediatric First Aid. In addition, I have 28 years of experience of working as a nanny. I have excellent references from all my employers.

My Availability

I am looking for at least 40hrs,but previously I have done a Nanny share .

My Fees

• Nannying from £12.00 per hour (net)
