My name is Leanne and I live in Bishops Stortford with my partner and our son. I have lived here for most of my life and know the area well. In my free time I enjoy going to the cinema and love to cook. I also love being out and about, whether that’s taking a stroll to the park, walking through woodlands or having a day at the beach! My little boy is 1 year old, so this does mean that he’ll be tagging along for the fun whilst I also care for your little ones!
My Experience
I work as a self employed nanny. I am Level 3 qualified and have experience with children aged birth to 11 years old. Most of my experience is within the Early Years sector. Before having my baby, I was room leader at a local nursery in the 2-3 year olds room. I also have experience being a nanny and babysitter. I have worked in nurseries that follow the Montessori method and I like to implement this is my own home.
My Qualifications
I gained my Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education during 2012, where I studied at Hertford Regional College in Ware. Throughout my time in childcare settings, I went on to complete first aid courses and I am eager to take more courses by myself in my own time. I have 10+ years of childcare experience!
