My name is Faye, I live in central Totnes with my little boy Marlo. I have lived here for the last 10 years and I currently work at a local nursery. I started working in childcare in 2015 and fell in love with the playful and brilliant minds that fill the early years sector.
My son starts school in September so I am looking for something better suited to school hours, however there will be some flexibility around this and I am more than happy to discuss this with you.
I aim to make my childcare as fun and creative as possible, creating activities -often nature oriented, and inspiring learning moments wherever possible. Walks and outings are a valuable part of my care as I believe the natural environment is a fantastic educator, creating awe and wonder at all ages.
I am on the DBS update system and I have completed many hours of safeguarding training. I understand the importance of child safety and how vital it is to protect young ones from harm.
My ideal family is a relaxed and easygoing one that understands the value of making mud cakes, rolling in the grass and jumping in puddles!
