About Me
Hi, my name is Reanna and I am qualified educational mental health practitioner. I specialise in providing low intensity cognitive behavioural therapy interventions for young people.
I've always had a passion of working with children and have been since I was 16 years old. I enjoy working in an environment where everyday is different which is another reason why I love working in childcare. Whilst studying my degree I've began to understand the importance of models within a child's life, especially with concerns to attachment to help promote an active, healthy, social child.
In my spare time, when I'm not learning more interesting developmental psychology facts, I spend my time reading, cooking, working and attempting to learn Spanish.
My Experience
I started by working with children between the ages of 5-11 babysitting in my local area whilst working at a holiday camp at age 16.
I continued this for a year whilst working part time at a retail clothes store and completing my studies at sixth form. During my time in sixth form I also volunteered as a peer and reading mentor for the lower half of the school (children aged 11-12).
I then began volunteering at a local infant school inclusion unit so have gained experience working with children who have a range of learning disabilities, through this and my own personal experiences with family members.
I worked part time in a children’s holiday camp and nursery (ages 2 years-12 years)
I worked as a therapeutic care worker within a residential childrens home with young people experiencing adverse childhood experiences, social/emotional/mental health difficulties
Delivered low-intensity cognitive behavioural therapy as a CAMHS practitioner
Currently employed as a educational mental health practitioner

- Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
Fees are as follows
£12 per hour for babysitting
£15 per hour for overnight babysitting (dependent on child’s age)
£16 per hour for emergency babysitting within 24 hours notice
£18 for emergency babysitting less than 24 hours notice
