I have over 16 years of experience in childcare, working as a Nursery Nurse, Nanny, Teaching Assistant, and currently as a Carer and Learning support assistant for children and adults with learning disabilities.
I also have personal experience supporting my own siblings with additional needs, as well as being a parent myself to 3 amazing boys!
