About Me

I am a calm and caring CBT children and adolesent therapist, who has experience in childcare and metal health. I love working with children as it enable me to be creative with activities and games, and I can always find something fun to do. I am warm and friendly and am able to put people at ease. My hobbies include baking, dancing, playing sports, reading, beekeeping, and going on adventures. I am reliable, hard working, and will be very flexible to meet yours and your families needs. I have a high level of education, with a masters in clinical psychology and I'm happy to help with homework or home learning.
I have a full driving licence and my own car. I also have an up to date DBS check.

My Experience

I am currently only available for weekend and evening babysitting.

I have experience being a sole charge nanny to three children under 7. Collecting them from school, helping with homework, cooking dinner, and keeping them entertained until their parents returned from work. I also have experience as a weekend nanny, either alone or accompanying a parent, to take the children on outings and adventures.

I volunteer at Rainbows and Brownies, working with 45 girls aged 4-11, thinking of new games and activities to keep them entertained.

I have experience working in residential childcare settings, such as summer camps and group homes. This gave me experience planning activities, but also helping children with day-to-day activities like getting ready for the day/ bedtime, mealtimes, and everything in between. I also have lots of experience in mental health, working with children with learning disabilities and additional needs.

My Qualifications

I obtained 2:1's at Exeter university for both my undergraduate degree in Psychology and masters degree in Clinical Psychology.
I have a post graduate diploma in children and adolescent CBT therapy.
