About Me
I am currently working as a Room Leader at Little Leverets Childcare. I have an overall passion for working with children and young people. I have been working in the childcare sector for 3 years, I am a L2 qualified Child Practitioner currently working towards my L3 Qualification. I have a warm and friendly nature which helps children to feel secure and happy whilst they’re in my care. I live at home with my family and I enjoy reading and baking in my free time. I do not currently drive, I am in the process of taking lessons and hope to be driving as soon as possible.
My Experience
I am currently working in Market Deeping as a qualified childminder. I have had experience working within nurseries as well however, I do find that childminding is a more intimate experience which allows me to form bonds with each child and get to know their individual needs and wants. I have cared for children from as young as 4 months to 11 years old, therefore I am comfortable with and enjoy taking care of children of all ages. I have a level 2 qualification for working with children and young people. Growing up I'd babysit my younger relatives and the neighbour's children. I enjoy volunteering alongside organisations which aim to support children and make positive contributions towards their future lives.
