About Us

Little Buddies is an independent Ofsted registered nursery located in the centre of Guisborough, with easy access for all transport links.
Little Buddies @ Bow Street was originally known as Bow Street Nursery which closed its doors in January 2019. Little Buddies is a new nursery registration with Ofsted from June 2019. The nursery has recently had a major extension and refurbishment and now comprises of dedicated baby rooms and rooms for over 2’s. Each room is furnished to a high standard and equipped with quality furniture, resources and equipment. Each room has been planned with careful consideration to ensure that we provide a safe, fun, stimulating and tranquil environment.

The Little Buddies staff team are chosen for their dedication and experience working with children. All staff actively encourage the children to feel a sense of ownership and become part of an extended Little Buddies family. Within this happy, safe, stable and stimulating environment the children can develop to their full potential and parent / guardians can feel confident leaving their children in our care. Our aim to offer freedom of choice in a structured setting and to enhance the personal, social, emotional and intellectual development of the children that attend Little Buddies.

We support children’s learning and development by improving and promoting good, strong relationships between children, staff and the local community. Each child is allocated a key person, to ensure their individual needs are met.
Little Buddies is a fully inclusive provision and, where possible, we ensure every child is included and none are at a disadvantage.

Our nursery prides itself on the highly positive relationships which we develop with parents. We recognise that successful relationships with parents contributes to improvements in children's well-being, development and achievement.
