About Me
Born in Cuba, raised under the Spanish sun, and now happily rooted in London, I’ve spent the last seven years blending my love for people, learning, and little ones. I first came to the city as a nanny and was lucky enough to find the most wonderful family with three amazing boys. What started as a job quickly became a home, and I stayed with them as a live?in nanny for two and a half years while completing my master’s.
Alongside my childcare experience, I hold degrees in History and Journalism, plus a master’s in Events. For nearly four years I’ve been working in Events and Communications at the London School of Economics, creating projects and experiences that bring students together.
Even though my career has grown, I’ve never lost my soft spot for working with children. I’m still close to the family I nannied for, and I genuinely miss the joy, curiosity, and energy that kids bring into everyday life. That’s why I’m hoping to return to nannying for a few hours a week — to reconnect with something that has always felt meaningful and natural to me.
My Experience
I cared for three lovely boys for two and a half years, working four days a week for around eight hours a day. When I started, the youngest was just one year old, and I had sole charge of him while his older brothers were at school. Our days were always full — from fun outings to parks and playgroups, to cosy indoor activities like arts and crafts, reading, and sensory play.
I also handled the school run and all after school activities for the older two, as well as helping with dinner, bath time, and bedtime for all three. It was a busy, happy household, and I loved being part of their daily routine.
