About Me
I hold a CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce - Early Years Pathway. I have extensive knowledge of how children aged 0-5 develop, how rate and sequence of development may vary, what are the factors that may or may not contribute to children's development.
For the past 10 years I have been working in Nursery Schools and Children Centres for Lambeth and Croydon Boroughs. Until September 2019 I worked for a Nursery School in Croydon as an Early Years Practitioner with children aged 2-3 years. Some of the children I worked with had Special Eduational Needs such as Autism or Speach and Language development delay.
Since November 2019 I've been working part time for a family in Herne Hill looking after two girls now aged 3 and 6 years.
I am available from September 2021 on evenings or weekends.
I enjoy the outdoors, baking and reading.
I am able to cook healthy meals
I can provide excellent professional and personal references.
Italian mother toungue, fluent in English.

I have experience of working in a private household and babies as well. When I moved to London in 1988, I worked as nanny for a family in South Kensington, taking sole care of a boy from the age of 3 months to 18 months. The family then relocated to South Africa and I worked for the Italian Consulate as clerk until I got married.
After a career break to raise my son, I worked for a family in East Dulwich, taking sole care of two children aged 3 and 5 before I returned to studying for my Diploma in Childcare.
