I’m a mum of three children and we live in Armthorpe. We are a home educating family, and I love creating a childhood full of curiosity, adventures and learning through experiences rather than just worksheets.
I’m passionate about supporting my children to be themselves and finding ways for them to learn and thrive that work for them individually. We spend lots of time outdoors, visiting new places, exploring, doing sensory activities, reading, crafting and making memories together.
My Requirements
Play support / babysitter needed
I’m looking for someone kind, patient and engaging to spend a couple of hours during the week playing with my 2 year old son.
I home educate my daughters, and I think my son would really benefit from having someone come in for some one to one play time and interaction.
He is autistic and loves exploring, sensory play, being outdoors, music, movement and having someone join in with the things he enjoys.
I would be at home the whole time, I’d be in the playroom with my girls while you spent time with him in the garden or our living room. This would be more of a helping hand and focused play support rather than being left alone with him.
I’m currently looking for around 2 hours during the daytime, with the hope of extending this if it works well for him.
