My Requirements

I am looking for a live out nanny (four and a half days a week, see hours below) for sole charge of a six month old baby girl and some care of an almost 3 year old.

Hours:
Monday 8.30am to 6pm
Tuesday 830 am to 8pm
Wednesday 8am to 8pm
Thursday 9am to 1pm
Friday 9am to 530pm

Requirements
100 per cent reliability
Punctual
Previous experience of sole care of child of similar age or nursery experience
Good references, DBS check, up to date first aid
Live local

Duties
Usual nursery duties, including
Play with, read to etc baby
Take baby to local baby class once or twice a week
Prepare and cook food for baby (breakfast lunch and dinner) - eg cook porridge, defrost and warm purées. One or twice a week make some more purées and store in freezer. Make snack for toddler when she comes in from nursery (eg toast and milk).
Prepare formula milk for baby
Keep nursery organised and clean toys occasionally. Put toys and books away at end of day, also put dishes in the dishwasher (from baby’s/toddlers food).
Launder baby’s and toddlers clothes (wash, put on airer and put away, no ironing).
Drop off and pick up toddler from nursery (very close) some days.
Care of toddler when nursery shut or can’t attend due to illness (possibly also one day a week regularly).
Occasional evening babysitting

Our next door neighbours have a little girl of similar age also with a lovely nanny so I hope some regular play dates or walks together can be arranged.

Start date march 7 (two week settling in period before full time work starts).
