My Requirements
I'm looking for a child friendly housekeeper, someone who is organised and can help us keep the house in order and support our family. We have two girls 5yrs and 7yrs old.

Iracema looked after our two girls who are 5yrs old and 3yrs old 4 times a week for over a year. Iracema genuinely loves children and built a strong rapport with our girls and has become a part of our family.
Iracema is creative, child led and very attentive towards our girls. Some examples are that Iracema would come up with ideas to help our youngest daughter who has fine motor skills challenges and helped our eldest who was very enthusiastic about gymnastics improve her skills.
We moved away from the area otherwise we would have continued having Iracema as our nanny, we did try to convince her to come with us :)
