My Experience

I've worked in childcare for over 11 years now, and I honestly love it. Over the years I've worked with kids of all different ages and personalities, and I've learned so much about what they really need — patience, consistency, and a lot of kindness. I always try to make sure the children I work with feel safe, supported, and encouraged to be themselves. It's a job that keeps me on my toes, but it's also incredibly rewarding, and I wouldn't want to do anything else.
