Hi folks
I am a nurturing, experienced practitioner, with over 15 years in Childcare sector, family support and social care, working with children from 0 to 16.
Nanny Registered, Insured and also experienced working with SEN families 1 to 1 and in groups.
Vaccinated and PVG registered.
Newborn care certified, including baby mindful classes.

Working knowledge of pre birth to 3, curriculum for excellence, and Girfec. Strong work ethos and have continued to work in educational setting since lock down began, therefore all covid procedures adhered to and understood. Excellent record keeping.
I am keen to offer a flexible and adaptable childcare service, based on individual child and family needs. I can also offer one to one sessions, particularly in SEN areas - Materials provided sensory toys/visual aids/Themes.

Working knowledge of Scottish legislation - Safeguarding and Child protection paramount
Sollihull and attachment practitioner trained - groups and individual
Residential Childcare experience in ASD school
Involved in developing communication/ tools to support children.

"We got in touch with Lindsey, as We were travelling from Australia to Ayrshire to visit family and Attend not one, but 2 weddings over 2 weeks. so needed options to care for our boy 3, and girl, 4. I was a little anxious as my daughter is selectively mute with strangers- no words at all. Luckily Lindsey had some flexibility on our dates.
we were able to zoom meet before our trip, discuss routines etc .She provided a sitting service at our Air b&b throughout the week and the kiddos got to know her. When it came to the weddings, Lindsey brought a play kit and the kids had a whale of a time, were able to come to part of the wedding
while staying in their normal routines, and She also provided an overnight service and took the kids to breakfast (at 7AM! which was late for our terrors) " Nancy
