Hi im Julie mather I live with my husband Darron and our grown up son our 2 other children have flown the nest.
Im a nana to two gorgeous grandchildren.
I'm a fun, caring person and enjoy being around my family, friends and having nights out.
Ive cared for many children of all ages and nationality in the years ive been working in childcare and love my job.
The children are like family.
Im located just off whalley road
Clayton le moors.
Indoors
Our conservatory as been set up as a playroom with low level units for easy access for children . Toys and resources are rotated weekly.
We have structured activities set up daily eg creative activities, messy, water, sensory play, painting, gluing and sticking, model making and seasonal decorations.
Here its all about having fun while we learn and develop new skills.
We have a large selection of educational resources to develop in all areas of learning.
Outdoors
The rear garden area is on 3 levels with a variety of resourses for children to play and explore.
Wide range of age appropriate equipment eg swings,climbing frames, sandpit and ride on toys. Large digging area with tools and construction vehicles.
Mud kitchen and playhouse for the children to use their imaginations.
Through out the year we plant different flowers and grow our own vegetables.
Outdoor cabin on lower garden with role play areas for the children to enjoy
Reading area with book shelf and sofa for those who enjoy books and story time.
Outing.
Were always out and about enjoying the outdoors lots of nature walks, log painting, crafts using natural materials, stream paddling.
Play centres, gym tots, farms,
Parents are welcome to ring for a chat or arrange a visit to meet me and look around my setting, ask questions etc.
My Experience
have been a registered childminder since 2006.
Bringing up my 3 children as given me experience and knowledge into the stages of child development from birth to adulthood.
I attend regular courses to keep up to date on all the legislation needed to be a childminder.
Having a good working relationship with parents, always making them feel welcome and comfortable about asking questions or queries they may have.
My Qualifications
Ofsted Registered.
Paediatric First Aid.
Safeguarding level 1
safeguarding level 2
NVQ level 3 childcare.

My Availability
Opening hours are 7.30am - 5.00pm Monday - friday
Full or part-time place availabl.
I also have places available for before and after school at mount pleasant in clayton le moors.
My Fees
- Childminding from £6.00 per hour
Fees vary on parents individual needs days, hours, full-time or part-time to be discussed.
My Local Schools
- I provide drop offs and pick ups at Clayton-le-Moors Mount Pleasant Primary School
