I can speak English,Hindi,Gujarati and Urdu. I offer the free 2, 3 and 4 year old entitlement funding.
My Experience
I care for children from 0 - 12 years. I am a member of PACEY. I am committed to further training to improve my knowledge all the time, I follow the Early Years Foundation Stage and work with Montessori settings that your children may attend to ensure that they are meeting their fullest potential and all needs are being met. I have experience working in Montessori Nurseries.
My Qualifications
I have a level 3 Montessori diploma childcare. first aid , ,food tech, safeguarding health and safety, fire safety,and always willing to do more as required. Other Certificates that can be seen on request.

- I provide drop offs and pick ups at Muscliff Primary School

We feel incredibly fortunate to have had Ila’s support from the time our twin daughters were just 18 months old until they started school. Having them in her care full-time, from 9 am to 5 pm, gave us complete peace of mind. Ila has played a wonderful role in their early development, supporting their growth with great professionalism, patience, and dedication, while providing the warmth and love of a family member. Our girls have come such a long way, and we are truly grateful for everything she has done to prepare them for the exciting new chapter. We cannot thank Ila enough and would highly recommend her to any family looking for a caring, trustworthy, and dedicated childminder.

My daughter attended her childcare setting from age 2 until she started school and the care she received was exceptional. She treated my daughter like a family member while maintaining the highest professional standards. We are truly grateful for her kindness, patience and dedication. Highly recommended.
