About Me
My name is Khilna. I have a job where I am deputy/Manager in a private Nursery. I hold NVQ childcare qualifications level 2 and 3 and a paediatric first aid, food and hygiene, safeguarding level 2 and 3, special learning difficulty certificates also I have attended a wide range of training courses relevant to providing with supportive care to the children I childmind.
I enjoy working with children very much by making learning fun and doing various activities. The EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) is followed at my home based setting by observing, accessing and by planning the children's activities and progress to ensure ‘children’s readiness’ and to provide broad range of skills and knowledge for good future. Every child has there own learning journal with pictures of there activities and observations.
I provide a loving, caring and stimulating environment alongside ongoing support and encouragement to enable each child to reach there full potential. I work in partnership with parents for best start of there children.
