Hello, my name is Hayley, I am 27 years old and I’m a happy bubbly character. I have a 3 year old boy called Tommy who is my absolute world! I provide a fun homely environment. I have been working in childcare for 8+ years. I use an app called Babysdays, this is a nice way to know what your child is getting up as I know it’s so hard to leave your pride and joy! You can also see pictures (only you can see) and what milestones they are achieving!

I’ve worked in schools, nursery’s, after school clubs and I’m now currently a child minder and have been for 2 years now and I love what I do!
I’ve worked with children from newborn - year 6.
I used to live in London but moved to southend 2 years ago.

Training is ongoing.

I was very worried when return to work was nearing. I messaged Hayley out of the blue, from a recommnedation from a friend who uses Hayley's childcare services. Hayley instantly said come over for a viewing and went to see them in their natural setting. My little one was only 9 months old and was so skeptical of her going to a setting so early. But on first visit(viewing) the other children was so welcoming. And was so excited to see a baby. Hayley was so welcoming, her tone and persona was so soft and gentle. Just knew she would be a perfect match for me and my little one. Hayley sister Shannon also works alongside her which they are a fantastic twosome as they are both really alike. My little one has enjoyed every day for the last 5 months and since her starting her talking has excelled. She is made some amazing friends and at only 14 months currently, she blows kisses when she leaves and high fives the other children. Never had tears at the door when attending however we have had relucutantness to want to leave,when its home time and runs back in 🤣🥹 this just shows how much she loves being there. Going from a mum that used nurserys can honestly say minders are the way forward and hayley and shannon are the ticket to a happy healthy child that is loved just as much as you do !! 🥰 just thank them dearly for taking and caring for my little girl !

My daughter has been cared for by Hayley since she was 8 months old and it's been over a year now. She adores Hayley and we have never had an issue with her or the wonderful care she provides. My daughter has settled in well and goes to Hayley for cuddles when I drop her off. Hayley is caring, fair and attentive to the children and when I have needed some changes to my hours, she's been very flexible. My daughter is developing well and gets on with the other children in the setting. I highly recommend Hayley to anyone considering a childminder. Thank you Hayley.

My daughter has been going to Hayley for nearly a year, and she absolutely loves it!
I have absolutely no worries when leaving my daughter in Hayley's care. If I need to change hours or days she is always very accommodating. I would highly recommend!

I highly recommend Hayley. When I first considered placing my son into childcare I was very nervous (as a lot of us parents are). I instantly felt at ease when I met Hayley and knew my son would be well looked after. My son loves going and has so much fun he is well stimulated and very happy after a day with Hayley. It is very hard for working parents when days/hours change and sometimes suddenly which can be very stressful when worrying about childcare. Whenever I have needed to change my hours/days etc Hayley has been so flexible and nothing has ever been an issue when looking after my son, this has been so so helpful! Thank you again Hayley for offering such a good quality of childcare.

Hayley has given both of my daughters so much time and care. They adore her. She’s kind, patient and encouraging with the kids and creates a warm and welcoming environment for them. Finding people you trust to leave your children with is hard but honestly I know they are in good hands with Hayley so would definately recommend her x

I am more than happy with the care my son receives from Hayley. I appreciate a lot that he received a place very quickly and when I really needed it. Since the day one he loves being with Hayley. She is always very kind, happy and caring. Thanks to her he improved a lot in many ways. They have lovely friendly environment, and I always know my son is safe. I would highly recommend her to other parents. Thank you very much Hayley♥️
