My Experience

*Currently available beginning next week, either three days a week (Monday, Thursday, Friday) or full time if it is the right fit. Also available for babysitting. Willing to be flexible in light of the covid-19.

I am a passionate and personable educator and nanny, originally from Arizona. My childcare background includes private nannying for multiple families (children aged 1, 2, 4, 7, and 9), various roles in a children’s centre, including being a two year old classroom lead teacher and school age aftercare lead teacher, and overseeing children’s ministry programs in a church and teaching weekly in a church Sunday school.

In addition, I graduated with honours with a degree in an elementary education and taught primary school. I would be happy to create lessons or follow resources provided by the school as we switch to homeschooling in the UK for some time.

Through my work, studies and teaching, I gained experience managing behaviour, teaching a variety of skills, engaging children in activities, maintaining flexibility, and developed strong planning abilities. I believe children function best with routine, so I generally maintain a schedule. I have experience creating healthy and nutritious meals for children and care deeply about my own nutrition and health at home.

I love being outdoors for walks and play, story telling and theatre, singing, crafting, and engaging in other fun activities. I can speak a conversational level of Spanish.

My Qualifications

Degree in Elementary Education. Experience in first aid training, though it has now expired. Willing to get re-certified.

My Availability

I would love a position four or five days a week during working hours (anytime between 7-6).

My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
• Nannying from £12.00 per hour (gross)
