About Me
I have been working with parents, newborns and children for over 20 years.
I qualified after a 2 year Diploma in Early Years in 2002 and have worked within the industry since. Firstly within nurseries and then changing to more home based care as a nanny, maternity nurse and play therapist.
My main role has been as a daily sole charge nanny to families with children aged between newborn - 4 years.
In 2014 I started writing and teaching my own courses for early years - Sleep and Literacy Support.
In 2021 I started a company called The New Parent Company providing support to parents through pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period. I have since qualified as a postnatal doula and hypnobirthing and antenatal teacher.
My Experience
I have been a nanny most of my adult life and have experience working for a number of different families including;
Sole or shared and nanny shares
Night nannying for newborns
Caring for children with illnesses and allergies
Working with autistic children.
I also teach professionals wanting to develop their skills, and also expectant and new parents in antenatal education and newborn care skills.

Set up at the other family's home already with a 14 month old
£12.50 gross per hour per family
