My Requirements

We are looking for someone to start January 2026. We could include some hours sooner, for the right person

The role includes:

Picking the kids up from from school in the afternoon at 3pm (the school is in Russell Square), taking them to afternoon classes / clubs, helping with homework, preparing their dinner, and bath/bed time on some days. Most days would go to 7pm.

In addition, while the kids are in school the role would also support household needs including: children's laundry; tidying especially children's areas; grocery shopping as needed; coordinating deliveries/pick-ups as needed; etc.

The role would be 30-35 hours per week. There are additional babysitting hours offered frequently.

The nanny will also plan and organise full days during the school holidays to the extent we are not away, so there are plenty of opportunities to do longer hours.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

We would like to find someone who is kind, playful, well organised, a self-starter, and can support and encourage our children both emotionally and academically. We expect the nanny to also propose new activities for both children. We highly value a proactive and self-motivated attitude.

Flexibility is key as some times, we have longer working hours.

Our children enjoy stories, reading, cars and trucks, math, the solar system, dancing and music, and the park, etc. We appreciate outings that take our children around London, and we will, of course, reimburse all out of pockets expenses (trips to museums / zoo / classes etc.)

French language is ideal, to support the bilingual household.
A drivers license/car is a plus but not required.
