Hi I’m megan. I’m 24 years old and I am a deputy manager within a daycare setting. I have over 3 years experience working in a daycare setting with ages ranging 6months to 12 years.
I have previously had private childminding jobs and new born experience through family members and also professional with as young as 3 months. I have experience with being and au pair in Australia too and have relevant training with my job and paediatric first aid completed in February of this year.
My Experience
As part of my course (completed in 2022) I have completed placement in the local primary schools from ages 4-8, also in the crèche from ages 0-3 I understand that each child is different and they may have specific needs. Through this course and volunteering in my spare time during the summer I have worked with children with specific needs and I understand the patience and attention that is needed for some children.

Foundation degree in early childhood studies
