My Experience
I have almost 10 years experience in various childcare settings and within different childcare roles.I have worked in a private nursery setting working with children aged 0-5years,here I have progressed from nursery nurse to senior nursery nurse.
I then worked overseas for 2 and a half years working with children of all ages but I have worked more closely with children aged 0-3years. I qualified as a childcare supervisor for this company in 2018. Since then I have managed my own team supporting them to create a safe and memorable holiday experience for children ages 0-11years.
I am currently working as a 1:1 support worker within a private nursery setting. This role has helped to broaden my experience aswell as enabling children with additional needs to interact and to reach their full potential within a safe and nurturing environment.
My Qualifications
I currently hold a CACHE level 3 qualification. I am also trained to level 3 paediatric first aid.
I also have food hygiene qualifications as well as allergen and intolerance awareness qualifications. I am also trained to assist and feed tube fed children via both manual syringe input and pump assisted mic-key button. (Happy to take on more training for child specific feeds)
