My Experience

I have over 8 years of experience working with children of all ages, with a particular specialism in caring for babies and young children aged 0–2 years. In my current role as Deputy Nursery Manager, I have developed strong leadership skills, confidence in making independent decisions, and the ability to provide exceptional care in a fast paced environment.

Throughout my career, I have worked closely with a variety of families, each with their own routines, values, and parenting styles. Building trusting, supportive relationships with both children and parents is one of the aspects of childcare I enjoy most, and I take pride in becoming a valued and reliable part of family life.

I have extensive knowledge of early childhood development, including sleep routines, weaning, developmental milestones, and creating age appropriate learning and play opportunities that support children’s growth and confidence. I am passionate about providing a nurturing, stimulating environment where children can thrive.

Monday - Friday
Open to occasional evenings, occasional weekends and travel.
