My Requirements

Hello, I am a doctor working four days a week with a busy and sometimes variable rota, typically from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and I am looking for a reliable, kind, and flexible babysitter or childminder to support me with my school-aged son. The role would involve school pick-ups on a regular basis, occasional school drop-offs depending on my schedule, and after-school care at home until I return from work. In addition, I occasionally have on-call shifts where I would need overnight care, leaving in the morning and returning the following day, for which advance notice will always be given. I am looking for someone experienced with children, dependable, and understanding of the demands of a healthcare role, who can provide a safe, warm, and consistent environment. In return, I value clear communication and aim to offer a respectful and stable working arrangement.
