I am kind, bubbly and passionate about working with children.
I am fully DBS checked and have had lots of experience working with children, both within and outside of my career.
In my previous job I was working with young people who were victims of domestic abuse, therefore I have a strong understanding of trauma informed approaches. Prior to this, I have worked with foster children and also in a mother and baby unit.
I am looking for a part-time Nanny position as an addition to working part-time teaching Yoga - I teach in schools to children as well as adults.
My Experience
I especially love caring for toddlers & young children as I gain a real sense of joy from watching them grow and helping them to learn all about the world that we live in. I take pleasure in actively encouraging the naturally curious and imaginative nature of young children. My main priority is to ensure that the children in my care always feel safe, secure, valued and heard.
I am a very compassionate person with a warm, outgoing personality.
I would consider myself to be a great role model for young children and someone that they feel they are able to easily confide in and talk to. I have a genuine enthusiasm for life, adventure and new experiences; I believe that this sense of fun is why I can establish great relationships with children. My experiences to date have developed me into a fun, creative and caring nanny. I am fully equipped to provide lots of stimulating, socialising and age appropriate activities.
