I am a recent postgraduate student that has had professional nanny experience since 2019 and am looking for a long-term position with a kind and caring family. I am also open to temporary and part-time work for the right family. The focus of my psychology degree has been on the developmental years and influences my approach with taking care of children; I often have in mind what activities are age appropriate and aid in their cognitive, emotional, and educational development. My Experience
I have had several years of babysitting experience since the age of 16 taking care of children between the ages of 10MO to 12. Notably, I was a part-time nanny for 3 children that partook in varies activities. Recently, I held a nanny position for four children ages 3 to 9 y/o. I work well to keep a tidy home while attending to childrens’ needs and engaging in fun activities with them.
My Qualifications
Along with my experience, I also am able to take children to and from varies activities such as music lessons or swimming lessons. I have proven efficient in taking care of groups of children, along with assuring homework is completed and everyone is bathed and ready for bed. I also take initiative and pick of after children as well as around the house if need be.
I have lots of patience and take initiative to come up with creative solutions to any obstacles I face! I also practice good work ethic by always finding something to do where I can.
