Advocating for Customers but also encouraging them to speak up for themselves promoting independence enabling them to do things for themselves feeding Special Needs Adults and doing Personal Care if required writing notes doing Care Plans and following them working in a Person Centred way everyone is unique and have different individual needs I am very calm and caring I can provide references I would like someone to give me a chance with children although I am not trained I want to do something different but I still want to use the qualities that I have and use them xx

Preliminary Certificate in Social Care First Aid manual handling Safeguarding Adults eg recognising reporting Abuse medication training
