About Me
My name is Issy I just finished studying for my BA in Filmmaking at Raindance Film School. I am looking to AuPair for a year. I enjoy filmmaking, art, music and everything creative. I am very flexible and am happy to do housework and general helping out. I'd love to do creative tasks and fun activities with the children. I am a very caring person who is great at getting on and doing my own thing but just as good at accommodating others needs. In my free time I enjoy exploring London, walking around various art galleries and eating lots of different food. I am usually writing scripts to prepare for short films that I direct. I enjoy photography and anything to do with art/art direction. I also do some songwriting in my spare time. I am learning how to play the electric guitar (But don't worry I have headphones) or I go to a studio in London to practise.
My Experience
I Have just AuPaired in Marylebone, London for a lovely family from 2024-2025 for a 6 year old girl. I have attached my reference to my profile for more information. Before this I AuPaired for my third year of studying - 2022 to 2023. I have also had past experience babysitting some of my parents friends kids when I was 15-16, I enjoyed it very much and we had a lot of fun playing games. I also have a lot of caring experience with the older generation as I looked after my grandmother when I was living at home and spent a lot of time with her. My CV is attached as well as a reference from my most recent employer.
My Qualifications
I have a BA in Filmmaking - Raindance Film School - (Focussing on screenwriting and directing). I was previously studying Art Direction at UAL - I completed 1 year of this course before changing to Filmmaking. Before this I completed a Level 3 extended diploma in Art and Design. I have GCSE's in English, Art, ICT and ECDL.
My Availability
Depends on the role but I am very flexible with days and hours for the right family. I am a confident traveller I just came back from a trip to Japan on my own.
