About Me
We are a family of 4 with twin 14 year old girls. Both girls are autistic and struggling with their mental health. We are all doing the best we can, but we would really value some support/befriending/childcare.
My Requirements
We are looking for somebody who would be happy to get to know one or both girls individually, and would like to support us as a family in various ways - mostly by bringing some fun and energy into our home! Both girls are creative, imaginative and quirky! One doesn’t like to leave home. The other needs a lot of physical activity, and needs to get out and about every day. Both girls are incredibly anxious and need a lot of supervision and distraction. We would only ask you to look after one girl at a time, and we would build this up gradually. One of our daughters has a home tutor, and the other is waiting for support to (possibly) get back into mainstream school, having not made it back to school in September. Both girls are currently at home full-time, with only myself to look after them, whilst my husband works from home. If you think you might be able to help, please do get in touch! Thank you!
