About Me
I am currently in my second year of Early Childhood Studies (BA Hons) at the University of East London. I have worked in a nursery alongside my university study for the past year, which I have loved. I am available for after school hours on a Wednesday and a full day on Thursday and Friday.
My Experience
I have worked in an Outstanding nursery for children of 0-5 for the past year, particularly within the 3-5 age group. I have helped not only my key children but each child in my room develop through the EYFS, completing observations and assessments regularly. Working with children of different ages and abilities, including SEN, has allowed me to tailor my care to each individual's needs. I am confident in my ability to build relationships with children, due to the high level of care and support I offer. I am aware of each of the EYFS goals and have gathered an understanding of child development throughout my time at both university and a nursery.
My Qualifications
I have recently completed Level 4 (First Year) of Early Childhood Studies (BA Hons) at the University of East London, finishing the year with a high 2:1. I am currently studying to complete my degree, being equivalent to a Level 6 qualification. I have First Aid Training and a current DBS.
My Availability
I am available Wednesday afternoons/after school, and all day Thursday and Friday. The surrounding days I will be at university.
