Hi! I’m Amy, I’m 24 and live in a small village in Lincolnshire. I feel I am kind and bubbly and take real pride in caring for others and have always loved to care for children. I studied Early Childhood Studies (BA HONS) at Bishop Grosseteste University whilst Nannying for local families around me and decided I would love to make this my career.
My Experience
My experience in childcare is broad and I have worked in various environments. I have worked with a family part time nannying for them whilst regular babysitting for other families, ages from new born to eleven years. I have worked in a school for around five years in the KS1 class which gave me great knowledge on developments and age appropriate activities to stimulate children’s learning. I also completed my Early Childhood Studies (BA HONS) degree which gave me the in depth knowledge of childhood developments and theories.
