My Experience

I have over 30 years working in the Early Years sector, including roles as both a nanny and within a preschool environment.
I am committed to supporting children’s learning and development through play, while building strong partnerships with parents and colleagues to ensure each child receives the best possible start.
I am skilled in implementing training and interventions to support children's individual needs, with a strong focus on inclusive practice and creating a nurturing, stimulating environment for the children I care for. I bring a positive, hands-on approach to daily activities, from creative play and mark making to outdoor learning and engagement.
I am passionate about fostering curiosity, confidence and independence in young children, while acting as a reliable role model within the setting and encouraging high standards of care and learning.

My Qualifications

10 GCSE'S
B-Tec National Diploma in Childhood Studies - (Nursery Nursing)
City and Guilds Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for the Children and young People’s workforce - Early Years (management)
NCFE CACHE Level 3 Award for Special Educational Needs Coordinators in Early Years Settings
Certificate of registration: Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA)

My Availability

Available to start in September 2026, however I have some flexibility before then to get to know and meet any new families throughout the summer.
