About Me
My Mum and I work together to provide a safe, happy and friendly environment for our children.
I am an Accredited and a Leading childminder in North Somerset with an Outstanding Ofsted report.
We regularly attend local playgroups, enjoy walks along the Strawberry Line and visit nearby parks. During the school holidays we enjoy visits to the beach, Bristol Zoo, Court Farm and other attractions.
Our garden is very child friendly with lots of play equipment and toys and suitable for all year round play.
We spend our days providing fun opportunities for children to play and learn which is a great way to spend the day!
My Experience
I have worked with children for 18 years as a childminder, learning support assistant and an early years practitioner at a nursery. Mum was a primary school teacher for over 30 years until her retirement.
We both have qualifications in paediatric first aid and Mum has a Level 2 in food hygiene. I have been approved to accept 2 year funding and parents are able to use their government vouchers with me for 3/4 year olds.
I regularly attend courses and conferences to further my knowledge and experience.
My Qualifications
I am an accredited and leading childminder and can accept 2 year and 3/4 year free funding.
I have an NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Care, Learning and Development 0 – 16 years, a paediatric first aid certificate and have completed a Child Minding Course.
I am registered with Ofsted and a member of the National Childminding Association (PACEY)
My Availability
Tuesday - Friday 7.45am - 6.00pm to include school holidays. Hours out of these times can be arranged.
