About Me

Hello Families!

I am a patient, reliable , warm and affectionate childcare provider with hands-on experience looking after babies and young children, including toddlers and school-aged children. I am confident in managing daily routines, preparing meals/bottles, and creating a safe, nurturing environment where babies and children feel secure and supported. I particularly enjoy supporting early development through play with a little bit of encouragement and I am attentive to each child’s individual needs.

I believe in allowing children to figure the world out for themselves with support and guidance. I give them the space to sit with their emotions and help them to understand what and why they are feeling, as this aids with emotional intelligence.

My Experience

I am currently a nanny for 2 children aged 2 and 4. I coordinate nursery/school pick up, prepare nutritious meals and snacks, and organise fun, educational activities as well as play dates for social development.

My previous experience (last 3 years) includes part time care for a child aged 20months, after school (+ full time during holidays) care for 3 children aged 3, 6 and 8.

I have also worked in a private nursery, specifically with babies from 3months, where I:
-maintained hygiene standards - by preparing and sterilising bottles, and nappy changing frequently
-created a calm environment for naps, and carried out physical safety checks on sleeping babies.
-provided comfort and made babies feel secure and comfortable being in a new environment with new people.
-planned activities based on the EYFS curriculum

I enjoy arts and crafts, cooking/baking, dancing and singing, playing sports, being outdoors in nature and much more.

My Availability

I have put preferred hours for part time, however, I am available between 8am - 6pm for the right family.
