Before looking after a new family for the first time, I always offer a free meet and greet visit beforehand. I believe this is super important so you know your child is in safe hands and so your child can get used to me being around. It's also a great chance for me to learn their routines and go over any important details!
My Experience
I've worked in various childcare settings for the past 9 years.
From the age of 14 I have babysat for many families, with ages ranging from 6 months old to 12 years old. I have experience looking after up to 3 children at once.
From 2015-2019 I worked part time at Tumble Town Adventure Play Area as a party host. I entertained the children and had to be engaging whilst leading party games. At the same I had to have authority so the children listened to me and behaved well. I also oversaw their safety whilst they used the play equipment.
From 2020- 2021 I worked as an after school club assistant whilst at University. I worked with some neurodiverse children and learnt how to best support them. I was also a nanny for two children over summer 2020, this involved preparing their meals, taking them on days out and planning fun activites to keep them entertainted. Their parents were keyworkers so I offered childcare support during the first lockdown.
Since then I have graduated from the University of Liverpool with a 2:1 in English Literature, Media and Communications. I now work in marketing full time and offer childcare on weeknights and weekends. I currently have 16 families that I look after on a regular basis and I absolutley love it!
My Qualifications
I have 11 GCSEs grade B-A*. I also have 3 A Levels in History (A), Geography (A) and English Literature (B). In 2022 I graduated from the University of Liverpool with a 2:1 in English Literature and Media and Communications.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
I charge £12 p/h and my rate increases to £14 an hour post midnight.
