I am privileged to have cared for children since my teens, helping at summer holiday camps and babysitting for neighbours. Witnessing them develop their ideas and entertaining their imaginations has brought me a lot of joy. I hope to find a family I can lend a helping hand to and form a new friendship with.
I love good food and am particularly experienced with vegan/vegetarian cooking. I am happy to provide meals, help with homework or house keeping.
Please note that I am not a registered childminder. I have cared for children on a casual, word of mouth basis.
I would be happy to have an initial meeting, with or without the children to discuss our respective needs.

My Experience
Travelled Europe picking up volunteer childcare jobs - keeping the kids entertained, clean, safe, helping with homework, or otherwise running errands so parents get some rest!
Volunteer at a cafe that provides a space for neurodiverse adults
Have a brother with autism and dyscalculia so am experienced in dealing with neurodivergent behaviors
well read and understanding of ADHD and autistic behaviours and how to mitigate them
Regular casual babysitting and nannying for neighbors/colleagues children (4 - 12 years)
volunteering at 'Lighthouse' (a youth Christian summer festival) where I supported children in arts and crafts, sports activities, as well as supervising lunchtimes and parent pick ups (6+)
Chaperoning for younger years at my ex dance school (6+), dealing with lost costumes and tears back stage!
My Qualifications
GCSEs and A levels A*-A, working towards a degree. As I child-mind on a casual basis, I do not have any formal qualifications in that area.
