About Me
I am a mother to a nearly 2 year old daughter (Alba) and a trained forest school professional running Kingfishers Forest School for preschool kids based in Bristol. Please find out more about me @kingfishersforestschool.
I am a huge advocate of getting children outside and connected with nature. My profession and life ambition is to get more children (and adults) reconnected with the natural world around them. I have extensive experience working with children but also champion getting kids outside and this is what I would nuture with your child/children.
I can offer nannying for children of all ages (no babies under age of 1), daytime care for preschool aged children or after school pick ups and wrap around care. I can also offer care for home educated children and structured sessions if required.
*Please note my daughter will also be with me. She is a very calm and will behaved toddler but I would need to find a family that is happy with this arrangement and ensure our children align. A trial period will be neccessary to ensure we are a good match for your child/childrens requirements.

Forest school facililator at Mud Pies CIC working with primary aged children in and out of school settings. Mostly SEN work.
Various payed and voluntary roles at Forest schools working with children from 2 - 12 years old.
Part time nanny to family with 3 girls for after school care and some full days during Covid school closures.
Full Time Nanny to a family of 5 children (and dog) age range from 6 -13. I worked with this family for 7 months as general help around the house and all family requirements whilst their mother was in hospital. References can be provided if required.
English immersion teacher and activity leader at Eco- school in Northern Spain working with kids aged 12-16
Camp Manager at International language camp working with children ages 8 - 15
Volunteer on charity project in a rural community in Nicaragua during which my host family had a young 3 year old girl who we were regularly in charge of looking after (despite the language barriers). During this time I also worked with and taught children aged from 3 to 16.

Masters degree in Environmental Geoscience (University of Bristol)
My Availability
Available from September for part time nannying during the week and am happy to be flexible if required. I want to find a fit that works for both families that works around busy and ever changing lives.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
- Nannying from £17.00 per hour (gross)
