Hi my name is Alison, I have two wonderful children, a 23yr boy and a 18yr old girl. I love spending quality time with my children. As a family we enjoy swimming, going for walks, playing games, roller booting, having lazy days and loads more. I now work as a Family Support Worker.
My Experience
I have worked as a nanny for many years, looking after 2 sets of twins 6mths and 5yrs, i have had lots experience with little babies. i worked in 2 different nurseries over the years and I also worked for two years in a first school. I have been a childminder for 10 years.
I also worker in children’s home and a specialist school.
My Qualifications
I have completed a city and guilds in family and community care, a NVQ in child care and education, NVQ level 2 and 3 in supporting teaching and learning in schools. I have completed a paediatric first aid.

I was reluctant to return to work after having my last baby, but knowing that my girls were going to be looked after by Alison gave me peace of mind. Alison's house really is home from home. Both my girls (age 1 and 3), love going to there, and come back happy, well fed and full of chat of the day's play.
Alison is an easy going character who takes everything in her stride, yet seems to remain so organised! (I wish I knew how!). She's sensitive to my children's needs, and also to mine. I honestly feel she loves her job, and is peace of mind and great support to us mums who return to work.
She seems to use her natural instincts as a Mum, and isn't afraid to dish out the cuddles if my girls are having an off day.
The only negative I can say....sometimes my 3 year old cries when I pick her up because she's having too much fun and doesn't want to come home...guess I have to take that one of the chin!
In summary - can't recommend Beanny Childminding enough. House and garden great too.
