Hi! I'm Becky and I might just be the person you're looking for. I'm energetic, fun and adventurous. I enjoy the outdoors as much as the indoors and if you could get a degree in building pillow forts, I'd have one. Superheroes, Disney princesses, wizards and witches, whatever your little one might fancy I will definitely be able to strike up a conversation as these are things that mean a lot to me. I enjoy drawing, crocheting, painting, all the little creative little things and while I might not be a complete expert I'm happy to introduce your little ones to lots and lots of creative activities. I am a very caring person, always happy to help and have a very gentle approach at things, but know how to set boundaries.
My Experience
I'm a professional nanny and Maternity Nurse. I have almost 8 years of different childcare experiences. Babysitting, nannying, tutoring, holding classes for up to 25 children, etc. I have worked with newborns, twins, up to 5 siblings and with children up to the the age of 12. I have potty trained, changed all sorts of nappies, fed every food imaginable and been on varies different adventures. I'm also always happy to expand my horizon and work in situations I haven't before. I have a natural curiosity and knowledge of multiple different topics that I have researched in my own time (SEN, autism, babyled-weaning, learning difficulties, etc.). I take on challenges not to win them, but to better myself and everyone around.
My Qualifications
I'm first aid trained and can provide certificates of projects that involve childcare. I can also provide different references. I can provide a portfolio about me and of my previous work.
