We needed to find someone at short notice to look after our 2- and 7-year old girls over the summer holidays while we were moving house. The girls loved being with Sam from the moment they walked through her door. She just seems to be able to build an immediate rapport with children. Good communication, easy to deal with and the girls were well looked after.
