About Me
My name is Meredith and I am an Ofsted registered childminder. I have lived in the Wexham area of Slough for the past 21 years and I am a mother of a 8-year-old boy.
Having used both childminder and nursery services in the past, I have a very good understanding of the difficulties that parent's face especially in these times. My childcare setting has remained open for Key Worker's and I follow a strict health and safety guideline as well as having risk assignment in place to ensure that all parties are kept safe. I aim to help make your lives that bit easier by being another of your support team.
My Experience
I have a great love for children so you can rest assured that they will be in safe hands. My aim is for children to form a warm rapport between my Childcare setting and their home life, where they feel safe and secure.
My Qualifications
I am a DBS checked childminder with the following training: Paediatric First Aid, Universal Safeguarding certificates, Supporting children with SEND and Nutrition & Health Level 2 training.
My Availability
I am available from 7.00 am to 6 pm for full time, part time, before and after school pick-ups & drop-offs, babysitting, weekend and overnight care upon request.

I met Meredith in January when I contacted her to provide child care for my two children. I had spoken to other child minders but Meredith stood out as i felt from our first telephone conversation that she is genuinely interested in children and not money-focused. She has cared for my children ever since and my children love spending time with her. She has treated the children as part of her family which I love. Meredith is very professional. She is kind and very empathetic. She is hardworking, always ensuring that she provides plenty of activities for my children, which are both fun and educative. She provides a healthy environment for the children which include walking the children to school, and a variety of outdoor activities. She is knowledgeable about childcare. She is attentive to the needs of each of my children and have shared her knowledge with me on a few occasions. She is observant and good at keeping me informed about the children.
Meredith is great with children and I highly recommend her to anyone.
