About Me
I’m originally from the south east coast and having finished my degree, I am working full time in Liverpool. I began babysitting at the age of 15 and worked as a full time nanny for several years before and during my time studying. My time in full time nannying positions we’re based across two families, one with an 18 month old and the other with two children aged 3 and 8. I adore children and babies and have grown up in a large family, often caring for my nieces and nephews and I am very comfortable with children. I do also have a full UK driving license and own a car. I currently work in a law firm and am looking to continue my childcare work part time through babysitting and part time weekend / evening work.
My Experience
My most recent full time childcare job was as a nanny for a family with two children aged 3 and 8 and I was doing so for around a year. At the moment I am currently working in a legal position however I would love to get back to nannying. Whilst living down south I worked as both an au pair and babysitter for several families, with children ranging from newborn to around 8 years old. I absolutely adored my job and would love to continue this, whilst not professional experience I also have 3 nieces and nephews ages 2-9 who I have cared for regularly since newborns. Since taking on full time employment I have continued with babysitting and part time work for a number of different families.
My Qualifications
I have an up to date DBS background check and education up to degree level.
My Availability
I am currently working 9-5 during the week so am not looking to take on a full time role at the moment. However my hours are flexible and I work from home a lot, I am predominantly looking for evening / weekend work. I am very punctual and reliable and would not commit to anything I am unable to maintain.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £9.00 per hour
- Nannying from £10.00 per hour (gross)
Depending on hours I am flexible, however usual rates previously range from £10.00-£12.00 per hour.

Absolutely lovely experience having Megan babysit our two little ones for the first time. She very kindly took the time to come out and meet them ahead of our arranged babysitting date (our two really took to her.) On the evening itself she was punctual, engaging, friendly and warm and ready to get stuck in with bedtime routines, activities etc…. meaning we could have a worry free night out to celebrate a special occasion!

Overall
I hired Megan for 2 days with the intention of hiring her for 3 days a week.
She trialed for these 2 days but unfortunately had other commitments down south in her hometown that meant she had to terminate her role as my nanny/mum helper.
Such a shame as I really got on with her and I would've loved for her to care for my children in the future.
