About Me

Hi there - we are looking for a live in companion for our gorgeous son Louis in a beautiful family home, with your own private bedroom and bathroom, and all bills and food included. We're looking for a reliable, fun young person, like an Australian or Kiwi on a Youth Mobility Visa, to provide around 20 hours a week of support to Louis (18, autistic, lovely lad).
Schedule: mornings 7–9am Mon–Fri and evenings 7:30–10pm Mon–Thu. Weekends free. Days free to earn or study.

We're flexible; more than anything, we just want to find the right person and we're open to discussing live in or out, as well as hours, and money (probably around £350 a week).

Louis is 18 and has autism with limited language. However, we are very lucky in that unlike many people with autism, Louis doesn't have any really negative or aggressive behaviors. He is very warm, tactile, and loving, and is a total joy to be around. He loves swimming and having fun!

As a family, his mum Anne and I are divorced, but we are pretty much best friends. I live 10 minutes from Anne, where Louis lives most of the time and where the live-in job is located. We have a wonderful team comprising of ABA teachers, speech and language socialists, occupational therapists, and others.
