About Me
Burlington Bears Childcare-
I’m an Ofsted registered childminder and co-childmind alongside another experienced childminder from our dedicated childcare setting in Ludgershall.
Our setting offers the best of both worlds....the warm, personal care and consistency of a childminder, with the space, resources and opportunities you’d expect from a nursery.
We have a large indoor play space with plenty of room for children to explore, create, play and learn, as well as a fantastic secure outdoor area for active play, messy play and outdoor adventures.
Because we care for a smaller group of children, we’re able to really get to know each child, follow their individual routines and interests, and provide plenty of one-to-one attention.
Our days are fun, relaxed and child-led, with a wide range of activities including arts and crafts, sensory and messy play, role play, music, stories, outdoor play and lots of opportunities to explore the world around us.
Children get all the benefits of a larger childcare space, while still receiving the close, nurturing and individual care that makes childminding so special.
My Experience
I have been childminding since 2020 and have gained several years of experience caring for children across a range of ages and stages.
I was originally registered with Ofsted before spending around eight months registered with Rutland Early Years Agency and I have since returned to Ofsted registration.
I regularly complete training and keep my knowledge up to date with the latest EYFS requirements, safeguarding guidance and childcare best practice. I’m always looking for ways to develop my provision and make sure the children in my care receive high quality, safe and engaging experiences.
